• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work on a team
• Able to work in all weather
• On time and reliable
• Able to operate a variety of construction equipment including excavator, bulldozer, loader, skid steer, GPS equipment and grade control systems
• Able to load and unload equipment safely
• Able to inspect equipment before, during and after use to ensure they are working properly
• Able to load and unload construction materials
• Able to follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and working in other capacities onsite
• Familiar with preventive maintenance on a variety of construction class vehicles
• Able to communicate needs for repairs to the appropriate parties
• Looking for a laborer to start at $15 to $20 an hour 
• Equipment operator $25-$40 an hour 
• Pay based off experience and skill set
• Work week will be at least 40 hours 
• Weekends as needed 

*CDL would add an increase in pay
