A heavily wooded, overgrown lot is one of the most common things we get called out for. Dense brush, tangled undergrowth, trees packed in tight - it all adds up to land that just sits there doing nothing. That's exactly what we were working with here.

Once the brush and debris were cleared out, the difference is hard to overstate. What was a dense wall of overgrowth turned into open, workable ground. A wide, flat pad ready for whatever comes next - whether that's a build, a structure, or just finally being able to use the land.

We also handled the gravel work on the access drive going in. Clean stone laid in, proper drainage silt fencing in place - the details that matter when you're setting up a site the right way from the start. Land clearing and site prep go hand in hand, and we do both.
