This one is almost in the finish line. We partnered with Landmark Development Group on this new home build, handling all the land and site prep work to get the property ready for its future owners. The house itself is looking sharp - fresh siding, a covered front porch, and a brand new deck out back that still has that fresh-cut lumber look to it.

Here's what our side of things involved: land clearing, final grading, gravel driveway installation, culvert work, and brush removal. A lot goes into getting a raw lot ready for a finished home, and the order of operations matters. You have to get the grade right before anything else makes sense - drainage, driveway placement, seeding - it all flows from that.

The backyard tells that story well. What you see is a cleanly cleared and graded space - no stumps, no overgrowth, no debris piles left behind. Our equipment got in there, cleaned it out, and smoothed the whole thing down so the new deck has something worth looking out onto. The straw matting laid across the front and back yards is there to hold the seed in place and protect the soil while everything establishes.

Out front, the gravel driveway came together clean with the culvert set properly underneath to handle runoff. That detail matters more than most people realize - skip it or do it wrong and you've got standing water and erosion problems before the first family even moves in. We don't cut corners on the groundwork because that's what everything else is built on, literally.

We work with builders and developers regularly on exactly this kind of job - full site prep from raw lot to move-in ready. If you've got a build coming up or a property that needs clearing and grading, this is what we do.
